Citizen Registration & Login

K-SMART is a digital platform that enables citizens to access various online services offered by Local Self Government Institutions in Kerala. Citizens can register on the portal and log in to access the available services.
1. New Citizen Registration

Visit the Official Website
Open the official K-SMART website: ksmart.lsgkerala.gov.in .

Select Register
Click Register at the top-right of the home page and select Citizen Registration.

Enter Aadhaar Number and Verify OTP
Enter your Aadhaar number and complete verification using the OTP received on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, as instructed by the portal.

Complete Registration
Review the details retrieved from Aadhaar. Enter your regularly used mobile number and email address, then complete the registration process. Keep your registered mobile number available for future login.
2. Citizen Login Procedure

Click Login
Open the K-SMART website, click the Login button at the top and select Citizen Login.

Enter Your Registered Mobile Number
Enter the mobile number you provided during registration in the required field.

Verify OTP and Log In
Enter the OTP received on your phone to complete verification. You can then access the services available through the portal.

To access K-SMART services on your smartphone, search for KSMART - Local Self Government on Google Play Store. Verify the publisher details before installing the application.
