Introduction
You can use the K-SMART portal to find the new building number and ward number using your old building number or the property owner's name. Follow the steps given below to search for your building details.
Steps to Find the New Building Number
Visit the K-SMART Portal: Open the official K-SMART portal and select Property Tax under the Quick Service section.
Select “Know Your Door Number”: Click the “Know Your Door Number” link available under the Property Tax section.
Select the Local Body Details: Enter or select the required details as indicated below.
Choose the Search Method: Under Search By, select either Door Number or Owner Name.
Enter the Required Information: If you select Door Number, enter the old building number and the Sub Number, if applicable. If you select Owner Name, enter the property owner's name to search for the records.
View the Search Results: Once the search is complete, review the building details displayed on the screen to identify the new ward number and new building number.

If the search is successful, the new ward number and new building number will be displayed on the screen. If no results appear, verify the information entered and try again.
