Institutional Structure
👨⚖️ President
The President is the chief administrative authority of the Panchayat and leads development activities and governance functions.
🤝 Vice President
Assists in administrative functions and performs leadership responsibilities in the absence of the President.
🏢 Standing Committees
Committees responsible for managing development, finance, health, education, and welfare activities within the Panchayat.
📈 Development Standing Committee
Responsible for implementing development projects and improving public welfare and infrastructure.
💰 Finance Standing Committee
Manages the Panchayat’s income, expenditure, budgeting, and financial administration.
🏥 Health & Education Standing Committee
Oversees public health and educational activities within the Panchayat.
❤️ Welfare Standing Committee
Implements welfare schemes aimed at social security and public welfare.

🗂️ Secretary
The Principal Administrative Officer of the Grama Panchayat, responsible for coordinating office operations, file management, and the effective implementation of administrative functions.

Assists in administrative and office activities and functions as the Member Secretary of Kudumbashree and coordinator of welfare schemes.
📑 Junior Superintendent
Supervises daily office functions and coordinates file procedures and office sections.
💳 Accountant
Handles financial transactions, maintains accounts, and prepares income and expenditure statements.
📁 Clerk
Manages records, files, tax collection, applications, and office registers.
📋 Senior Clerk
Supervises administrative procedures and coordinates various office sections.
🧹 Office Attendant
Supports day-to-day office functions, including document transfer and office arrangements.
💻 Technical Assistant
Maintain computers and other electronic equipment, and provide technical assistance to employees and the governing body in the implementation and operation of e-Governance activities.
1. Grama Sabha
The Grama Sabha is the general assembly of the people where development projects, public needs, and welfare activities are discussed and recommendations are made.
2. Grama Panchayat Committee
The governing body consisting of elected representatives responsible for administrative and developmental activities.
