💼 Employment Guarantee
The annual employment guarantee for eligible rural households has been increased from 100 days to 125 days, ensuring greater livelihood security.
💰 Enhanced Wages
The minimum daily wage has been increased to ₹401. Wages are credited directly to workers' bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
🌾 Agricultural Support
A mandatory 60-day work break is provided during sowing and harvesting seasons to support agricultural activities without affecting farm operations.
📡 Technology Integration
Biometric attendance, GPS tracking, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are used for attendance management, worksite monitoring, and transparent implementation.
💧 Water Conservation
Development and restoration of ponds, canals, streams, check dams, and other water conservation structures to improve water security.
🌱 Afforestation
Tree plantation and environmental conservation activities are undertaken to promote ecological balance and sustainable green development.
🛣️ Rural Infrastructure Development
Creation and improvement of rural roads, public infrastructure, livelihood assets, and climate-resilient community facilities.
🪪 Job Card Distribution
Job Cards are issued to eligible households, enabling them to access guaranteed employment opportunities under the scheme.
Every eligible rural household is entitled to up to 125 days of wage employment in a financial year.
Workers receive a minimum wage of ₹401 per day for approved employment under the scheme.
Wages are transferred directly to beneficiaries' bank accounts, ensuring transparency and timely payments.
